1 Killed, 5 Injured In Tamarac Crash
TAMARAC, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — 1 person was killed and 5 others were transported to local hospitals for treatment following a 4 car crash in Tamarac on Monday afternoon.
According to The Broward sheriff’s Office, shortly after 1:24 p.m., Broward County Regional Communications received a call reporting a crash and rollover near the 7300 block of West McNab Road in Tamarac. Broward Sheriff’s Office district deputies and Tamarac Fire Rescue responded. The preliminary investigation revealed four vehicles were involved in the crash. Two of the vehicles were parked and unoccupied. One vehicle rolled over. Paramedics extricated an occupant of that vehicle.
According to investigators, five people including a child were transported to a local hospital for treatment. One person was pronounced deceased. BSO Traffic Homicide detectives were notified and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this crash.
