BSO Asking For Help In Lauderdale Lakes Shooting

LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — BSO detectives say they exhausted all leads in a shooting that occurred in Lauderdale Lakes in April.

According to BSO, Detectives with the Violent Crimes Unit are releasing surveillance video of a shooting that occurred in Lauderdale Lakes in April. Investigators are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the four individuals involved.

The shooting occurred at approximately 1 p.m. on Monday, April 3, at an apartment complex near the 4800 block of Northwest 24th Court. Surveillance video of the incident shows two male subjects standing adjacent to a stairwell on the top floor of a building. Two more individuals are then seen approaching from below the stairs, and shots are fired. The victims and shooter(s) are seen fleeing the scene following the gunfire.

No injuries were reported at the time of the shooting.

Detectives say they have exhausted all leads at this point in their investigation and are coming to the public for assistance.
