LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help locating a 39-year-old man reported missing from Lauderdale Lakes.
BSO said detectives with its Missing Persons Unit are looking for Justin Arredondo. Investigators said he was last seen at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, near the 4700 block of North State Road 7.
BSO described what he was wearing when he was last seen: a blue polo shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers.
Detectives also released a physical description. BSO said Arredondo is about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs around 150 pounds, and has grey hair and brown eyes.
The search is being handled by BSO’s Missing Persons Unit. That’s where responsibility sits for the investigation and for coordinating tips coming in from the public.
For Boca Raton and Palm Beach County residents, the key point is that BSO is asking anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to call in. Tips can come from anywhere, and investigators want information tied to the area where he was last seen, including North State Road 7 near the 4700 block.
Anyone with information should contact BSO Detective Leonard Charla at 954-321-4274. Information can also be reported through the BSO non-emergency number at 954-764-HELP (4357).
BSO did not release additional details in its public notice. The next step is for detectives to continue following up on leads and for the public to report any sightings or information directly to BSO using the numbers provided.
