BROWARD COUNTY, FL — BSO detectives have located a 14-year-old girl who was reported missing from Tamarac, according to an update from the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit.
The agency identified the girl as Malaysia Edwards, 14. BSO said a missing persons alert had been issued after she was last seen at about 1:18 a.m. Monday, June 15, near the 5800 block of Northwest 62nd Avenue.
BSO’s update said detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit located her. The agency did not release additional details in the update about where she was found or the circumstances.

BROWARD COUNTY, FL — Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help locating a missing 14-year-old girl who was last seen in Tamarac.
BSO said Malaysia Edwards was last seen at about 1:18 a.m. on Monday, June 15, near the 5800 block of Northwest 62nd Avenue in Tamarac. Investigators said she was last seen wearing a hoodie and shorts.
BSO described Edwards as approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and about 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
