PBSO Responds To Wellington Car Accident, Finds Shooting Victim

Palm Beach Sheriff's Office tells Boca Post that they responded to a vehicle crash near Forest Hill Boulevard and US-441 where they found a victim with a gunshot wound.

PBSO Responds To Wellington Car Accident, Finds Shooting Victim

Update

PBSO provides the following update this morning:

Further investigation determined that a shooting did not occur at the crash site. It is believed to have occurred in the area of State Road 7 and Southern Blvd.  One occupant suffered a gunshot wound to the arm and the other sustained injures from the crash.  All non-life threatening injuries.

Anyone who may have witnessed a shooting in the area of State Road 7 and Southern Blvd, last evening is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS.

WELLINGTON, FL — Palm Beach Sheriff's Office tells Boca Post that they responded to a vehicle crash near Forest Hill Boulevard and US-441 where they found a victim with a gunshot wound.

PBSO says that there were two injured occupants in the crash. One of the occupants was suffering from what they believed to be a gunshot wound.

At the last update, detectives responded to the scene.
