Man Crashes Into Light Pole, Dies In Delray Beach

DELRAY BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — A man was killed after he crashed his Tesla Model Y into a light pole on Federal Highway in Delray Beach.

According to eyewitnesses, 45-year-old Tozato Dos Reis was traveling at a high rate of speed in his Tesla Model Y on Federal Highway in Delray Beach on Sunday evening.

Delray Beach Police Department confirm that Reis crashed near a hotel on the 100-block of SE 6th Avenue where he died. The vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a light pole.
