BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — As first reported by Boca Post on Code3, a shooting led to a large BSO response in Deerfield Beach on Sunday night.
BSO says that 26-year-old Billy Alceus was shot to death in the parking lot on the 500 block of NW 42nd Court in Deerfield Bach. Deputies responded to shots fired in the area where they found him.

A man is dead after being shot multiple times in a Deerfield Beach parking lot.
According to Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives, the crime occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on Sunday, July 10, near the 500 block of Northwest 42nd Court in Deerfield Beach. The preliminary investigation revealed BSO deputies were dispatched to the location after Broward Regional Communications received a call about shots fired in the area.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they located the victim, Billy Alceus, in a parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. Alceus was transported to a local hospital by Broward Sheriff’s Fire Rescue and pronounced deceased.
