Canceled – FDLE Issues Missing Child Alert for 15-year-old From Homestead

FDLE issued a Florida Missing Child Alert for a 15-year-old boy last known to be in the Homestead area.

FLORIDA — A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 15-year-old boy from Homestead, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

FDLE identified the child as Randy Sanchez Altamirano. He is 15 years old, male, and described as White-Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. FDLE listed his height as 5 feet, 6 inches and his weight as 145 pounds.

The last known area provided in the alert is Homestead, in Dade County.

Missing Child Alerts are used to quickly circulate identifying information and prompt tips from the public. For South Florida residents, that means keeping an eye out in everyday places, roads, stores, and neighborhoods, and passing along information to the agency handling the case.

FDLE directed anyone with information to contact the Homestead Police Department at 305-247-1535. People can also call 911.
