DEERFIELD BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2024) — BSO increased the reward for information about the shooting death of Bobby Abernathy.
Homicide detectives from the Broward Sheriff’s Office are relying on a reward of up to $10,000 to help catch the perpetrator in the April murder of Bobby Aberanth II. Broward Crime Stoppers has recently revealed a reward amount, in Abernantys case.
1;17 a.m. on Wednesday morning of April 10th Broward County Regional Communications received a call about a shooting incident at 1200 S.W. 11Th Way in Deerfield Beach. Local deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue promptly arrived at the scene. They found an adult male named Abernnathy in a parking lot with gunshot wounds. Abernathy was rushed by paramedics to Broward Health North hospital due, to the severity of his injuries. Tragically that day doctors confirmed Abernathy’s passing.
BSOs Violent Crimes and Crime Scene teams were the first to arrive for investigation when Abernaty passed away tragically; on BSOs Homicide Unit assumed control of the case.
