The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit has located a 90-year-old woman who was missing from Tamarac.

According to detectives, Selma Arma was safely located in Tamarac and reunited with her caretaker. A missing persons alert was issued on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, after she was last seen near 7647 Trent Drive in Tamarac.

TAMARAC, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2024) — The Broward Sheriff’s Office says 90-year-old Selma Arma was last seen in Tamarac  on 1/11/24.

The Missing Persons Unit of the Broward Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in locating a 90 year old woman who has gone missing.

Selma Arma was last seen at around 3:50 a.m. On Thursday, January 11, 2024, at her residence located on the 7000 block of Trent Drive in Tamarac. She is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs about 100 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was using a blue walker and wearing green pants along with a white, black and green printed shirt.

According to her family, Selma Arma is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
