Delray Beach and Boca Raton are switching on the holidays this week with a 100-foot tree lighting, a downtown street parade, and a full slate of December events for families.
Boca Raton will cap its 100th anniversary year with the 53rd Annual Holiday Street Parade, “The Centennial Express: 100 Years of Holiday Cheer,” rolling down Federal Highway on Wednesday, December 3, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Delray Beach will close key stretches of Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Avenue on Tuesday night as thousands head downtown for the 100-foot Christmas tree lighting and Yuletide street festival at Old School Square.
Boca Raton will close its Centennial year with new public art at Wildflower Park, including murals, swings, and a refreshed splash pad.
Downtown Coral Springs will light up all December with interactive displays, a tree lighting, parade, and a self-guided festive homes tour as the city rolls out its 2025 holiday season lineup.
