One Injured In Pembroke Park Shooting

PEMBROKE PARK, FL — Man injured in Pembroke Park shooting.

At approximately 5:16 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, Broward County Regional Communications received reports of a shooting in the 3900 block of Pembroke Road in Pembroke Park. Pembroke Park Police and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to assist.

Paramedics transported the adult male who had been shot to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries not expected to be life-threatening.

During the investigation it was learned that the initial shooting incident occurred nearby in the area of Southwest 20th Street and Southwest 40th Avenue in West Park. At that time, BSO’s Violent Crimes and Crime Scene units responded to conduct an investigation.
