On September 2 2025 the Broward Sheriffs Office announced that a 41 year old woman who had gone missing was found safe. Danila Ferreira Navarro was located on August 28 a week after a missing persons alert was issued. She had last been seen on August 16 around 8 p.m. In the 5300 block of Northeast Fifth Terrace, in Deerfield Beach prompting detectives to issue the alert on August 21. Fortunately the case has been resolved with her return.
