BOCA RATON, FL — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding 14-year-old James Foley, who went missing Thursday afternoon in West Boca Raton. Deputies say he was last seen around 3:25 p.m. on Dec. 4, somewhere in the neighborhoods west of U.S. 441, wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans. Long black hair, brown eyes.

PBSO labeled him an endangered juvenile since he has mental-health issues and may be in crisis. The notification was originally sent out via a county wide alert to subscribers of PBC Alerts. PBSO followed up the first notification, which did not have an image, with a post on their social media pages.

PBSO didn’t release how he left or where he might be heading.

If anyone sees James or know anything about where he is, PBSO wants them to call 561-688-3400 or contact the closest law enforcement agency, but if he looks like he’s in immediate danger, they say call 911.

Please share with your network as he may need immediate help.

PBSO reminds everyone that Crime Stoppers will also take anonymous tips at 1-800-458-TIPS.
