BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Marc Rosenberg of Boca Raton has been arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery on a person 65 or older, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Marc Rosenberg, 45, of Guilford A in the Century Village community in West Boca Raton, has been arrested Tuesday morning by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. Boca Post has been notified that the charge filed is “AGGRAV BATTERY – ON PERSON 65 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER”.

According to an arrest report submitted by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Rosenberg got into an argument with the victim when he arrived home at 7:30 AM. The victim was upset that Rosenberg had borrowed the vehicle and stayed out all night.

According to the report, that s when Rosenberg slapped the victim. PBSO deputies responded and Rosenberg was arrested for battery on a person 65+ due to the age of the victim.

Rosenberg was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 11:01 on Tuesday morning and released Wednesday evening. Rosenberg was ordered to have no violent contact with the victim and that he submits to random drug testing.
