A heated argument turned violent and a couple from Boca Raton's Century Village community ended up in jail on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023.

86-Year-Old Barbara Fidler passed away in the hospital following a deadly crash in Boca Raton's Century Village earlier this month.

The Broward Sheriff's Office tells Boca Post that 78-year-old Wladyslawa Poplawska was killed while crossing the street in the Century Village community in Deerfield Beach on Saturday morning.

Marc Rosenberg of Boca Raton has been arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery on a person 65 or older, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
