Audrey Milk, 93, Passed Away

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2024) — A 93-year-old Boca Raton woman died after a serious crash in unincorporated Boca Raton.

The deadly crash happened at West Palmetto Park Road and Powerline Road just after 5 PM on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024.

Kyrylo Khytrov, 40, of Boca Raton, was driving a BMW 320i northbound on Powerline Road, in the outside left turn lane. At the same time, Danielle Elliott, 37, of Coconut Creek, was southbound on Powerline Road in the center lane. Khytrov made a left turn, entering the intersection under a red light, pulling in front of Elliott’s Acura MDX. The front left of the Acura then struck the right front of the BMW.

Elliott’s passenger,  93-year-old Audrey Milk, of Boca Raton, was transported to Boca Regional Medical Center, for treatment of injuries, and was pronounced deceased on 7/8/2024.

PBSO tells Boca Post that charges are pending in this case and say that Khytrov may have been under the influence. Khytrov was previously charged with DUI in 2022.
