UPDATE – 11/14/23

After conducting a thorough investigation, it has been established that the individual responsible for the shooting is a juvenile of 15 years old. The victim, on the other hand, was 18 years old. As a result, the juvenile will face charges of 1st Degree Murder with a Firearm and Minor in Possession of a Firearm. Law enforcement promptly arrested the juvenile and took them to the JAC Center for further processing.

It is worth noting that Marsy’s Law was invoked by the victim’s parents.

PBSO has only added that the two individuals are acquaintances. An unknown altercation occurred between the two resulting in the minor shooting the young adult male.

The investigation is still active and ongoing.

The scene is still active with investigators and Bianchini Circle is littered with PBSO cruisers as well as a mobilized crime scene unit as of 7 PM this evening.

Boca Post has learned that at least one person was declared deceased at 12 PM.

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — PBSO responded to a shooting on the 6800 block of Bianchini Circle in West Boca Raton.

According to PBSO, deputies responded to a shooting in the 6800 block of Bianchini Circle, Boca Raton. Upon arrival deputies located a male deceased from gunshot wound(s). All individuals involved in the shooting are accounted for.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division are in route to investigate this shooting/homicide further. What led up to the shooting is in the preliminary stages.

Bianchini Circle is located just east of Powerline Road near W. Camino Real.
