Arthur Amarando, 65, of Cornwall C in Century Village Boca Raton, has been arrested by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office for battery on a 65+ year old victim, to spite being 65+ himself.

The two eventually parked their vehicles and exchanged words before Amarando punched the victim in the face.

An independent witness said that she heard yelling coming from the parking lot and observed Amarando exit his black Lexus, sporting a New Jersey license plate, approach the victim and punch him in the face. The witness noted that the victim did not fight back. Instead, the victim reached for his phone to photograph Amarando and the vehicle.

The following day, deputies spoke to Amarando who admitted to exchanging words with the victim but denies ever striking the victim.  Amarando was arrested for one count of 784.08(1) Battery On Person Over 65 Years Of Age
