UPDATE (1:30 PM EST): Shortly before 12:30 p.m., Boynton Beach Police Department and Boynton Beach Fire Rescue responded to reports of a small helicopter crash near the 3800 block of South Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach. Upon arrival, crews located a small helicopter that had crashed into a vacant warehouse. Authorities confirmed there are no survivors. The Federal Aviation Administration has assumed the investigation.
