FLORIDA (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — A Florida Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man last known to be in Miami, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

FDLE identified the missing person as Gabriel Bello, 75, from Miami in Miami-Dade County. The alert is part of the state’s system for notifying the public about missing older adults.

FDLE’s flyer lists Bello as a white-Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds.

The last known area provided by FDLE is Miami, in Miami-Dade County. No additional details were released in the flyer about when he was last seen or what he was wearing.

For residents in South Florida, the practical next step is awareness. People who live, work, or travel through Miami and surrounding areas should keep an eye out for someone matching the description and report information directly to police. The Silver Alert remains active until it is canceled or updated by authorities.
