Noah Galle Has Been Granted In-House Arrest. Alternative Custody While He Awaits Trial. He Ran Contests On Instagram As “Noah.M5” Filming Himself Speeding, Paid People To Guess The Speed.

UPDATE – 4/22/22

Noah Galle, the 18-year-old wellington teenager who is responsible for the deadly crash that took the lives of 6 hard-working people who were sharing a ride home, will spend some time at home while he waits for trial.

Galle will be able to enjoy the comforts of his parent’s Wellington home while he stands trial for the 6 counts of a vehicular homicide he is charged with. According to court records, Galle was sent to a local hospital for a mental health evaluation, and once cleared he will be eventually sent home for In-House Arrest managed by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Alternative Custody department.

While he will be serving his time in his parent’s home, he will have the following conditions as required by the court:

  • No Driving
  • No contact with victims’ families
  • Must be supervised by a responsible parent

PBSO’s in-house arrest program has its own rules he will have to follow as well. Galle can expect regular visits by a deputy and will be monitored via an electronic ankle bracelet he must wear at all times.

Of course, this is all after his parents pay his $300,000 bond posted for the 6 counts of “782.071(1A) VEHICULAR HOMICIDE”.

PBSO’s In House Arrest has its own fees that must be paid as well.

Noah Galle, the 17-year-old kid from Wellington who crashed his 2019 BMW M5 into a Nissan Rogue on US-441, killing 6, has been arrested after the 6-week investigation.

PBSO Sheriff Ric Bradshaw held a news conference today confirming the arrest of the driver responsible for this accident. Noah Gall, now 18, is in custody now after being charged with 6 counts of vehicular homicide.

Investigators confirming now that speed was the primary cause of this accident as they believe Noah Galle was driving his 2019 BMW M5 at 151 MPH at the time of the accident that killed 6 people.

Officials with the Sheriff’s Office now confirm that Galle was not under the influence of any substance as was originally indicated by investigators on a preliminary accident report.

As reported by Boca Post first, this arrest comes after the family of one of the victims filed a civil suit against the Galle family.

Original Story – 1/27/22

DELRAY BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — According to reports from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the 17-year-old driver of a BMW M5 may have been impaired in the deadly crash that killed at least 6 in Delray Beach.

The accident occurred at around 11 PM near the entrance to Four Seasons on US-441 in West Delray Beach. According to a PBSO report, a Nissan Rogue and a BMW M5 were both traveling northbound on US-441 near the area of 13694 FL-7 (US-441).

The 17-year-old driver of the BMW M5, Noah Galle, of Horseshoe Trace in Wellington, was in the process of overtaking the Rogue at a high rate of speed on the inside lane of travel. After overtaking the Rogue, the M5 then made contact with the other vehicle, causing both drivers to lose control of their vehicles.

The Rogue flipped over several times before resting on the median.

Noah Galle, the driver of the BMW M5, was transported to Delray Medical Center as a trauma alert by ground due to the severity of the damage to the BMW. According to fire rescue dispatch calls, he was alert and oriented and was not considered to be in life-threatening condition.

The PBSO report implies that Noah Galle, the 17-year-old driver of the BMW M5, may have been impaired by drugs or alcohol. PBSO has since said that the potential of alcohol use is only suspected at this time. Galle has not been charged or cited with anything at this time. The process of charging Galle with vehicular manslaughter can take months.

This fatal accident occurred near the location where another deadly accident killed an elderly Long Island couple just two days before.

  1. He was driving over 120 mph and killed six people. House arrest? Is this a joke? Why is he not sitting in a jail cell? Is it because he and his parents are wealthy and the people he killed with his rich kid BMW were only carpooling farm workers? It’s an outrage.
