Sergeant Erica Rockey from BSOs SID emphasizes the message that there is always hope and a path towards a situation for victims. She reassures victims that despite feeling trapped because of their experiences and the manipulation by traffickers impacting their mindset negatively; there are avenues towards reclaiming control of their lives and healing.
