BOCA RATON, FL — A local Real Estate Agent found herself in trouble last night in Hoboken, NJ after she crashed into two parked vehicles causing injuries to a pedestrian and her Chevy Cruise to flip over.

Raissa Restivo, 34, of Boca Lago, in Boca Raton, FL, has been charged with DWI, assault by auto, and reckless driving after crashing her Chevy Cruz in to two parked cars causing injuries to a pedestrian yesterday, December 26th, 2021.

As reported by the Hudson County View, Restivo allegedly crashed her vehicle into two parked cars causing injuries to a pedestrian who was standing next one of the cars.

Restivo is now facing several charges including driving while intoxicated, assault by auto, and reckless driving.

A check of Florida’s DBPR portal shows Restivo currently holds a current and active license as a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. The Keyes Company website lists Raissa Restivo as a Realtor with the agency.
