PBSO deputies responded to a call at a Burger King on Lantana Road on February 6th, 2024, where they found a 16-year-old girl who had just attempted to take her own life. Deputies learned that the girl attempted to kill herself because she didn’t want to get her teacher, Damian Conti, 35, in trouble for their sexual relationship.
