Today’s Weather - Saturday, February 14, 2026

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — Boca Raton wakes up to a clean, dry start and it stays that way most of the day. Sunshine is the headline for Saturday, with a high near 76 expected around the city, including along the I 95 corridor and out toward the beaches.

Winds are out of the northeast this morning at about 6 to 11 mph, then they turn more easterly as the afternoon settles in. That’s the kind of wind that keeps the beach side feeling pleasant even when the sun is doing its job, and it can also mean a steady onshore breeze along the Intracoastal and the barrier island. If you’re headed to the sand or out on the water, it will feel like a typical winter weekend setup, bright skies, light chop in spots, and a breeze you notice but do not have to fight.

The broader setup is simple. The National Weather Service notes an upper level ridge moving across Florida through the weekend, with the surface pattern sitting between a departing ridge and an approaching low. Locally, that means winds gradually veer from easterly today to more south and southeast on Sunday. There may be a few stray showers sitting offshore over the Gulf Stream, but the forecast discussion calls anything drifting into coastal areas “extremely isolated and short lived,” and in general, rainfall is not expected over the weekend.

Tonight in Boca Raton, clouds increase a bit but conditions stay quiet. Expect partly cloudy skies and a low around 68. Winds shift to the southeast at 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. If you’re out late along Federal Highway, the Intracoastal parks, or driving west on Glades Road, you may feel those occasional gusts more than you did during the day.
