WEST PARK, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — An adult male was hospitalized after a shooting reported shortly before 1 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26, in West Park, authorities said.

According to Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Broward County Regional Communications received a call reporting a shooting at 5775 West Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Deputies responding to the scene located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound.
Paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment. His condition has not been released.

BSO’s Violent Crimes and Crime Scene units responded and are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. No additional details were immediately available, including information about potential suspects or a motive.
