Boca Raton, FL – The Boca Post (BocaPost.com) (Copyright © 2021) — A Florida man, dubbed the ‘Panty Masker’, has been kicked off of a United Airlines flight out of Fort Lauderdale and banned from the airline for his most recent protest against the federal mask mandate where he masks up with a red thong instead of a facemask.

Adam Jenne, 38, of Cape Coral, is being dubbed the ‘Panty Masker’ for his protests against the federal mask mandate where he is known to wear a red thong over his face instead of facemasks during flights.

Jenne’s most recent demonstration got him kicked off of a United Airlines flight heading to Washington DC from Fort Lauderdale Airport on Thursday 12/15/21.

Jenne reported to the WSVN7 that he was protesting the federal mask mandate by wearing panties over his face.

Jenne reportedly told NBC2 that he thought he as in compliance with the airline’s mask mandate because the thong was able to cover both his nose and his mouth.

The airline clearly disagreed as they removed him from the flight and reportedly banned him from the airline.

Jenne reports that he has successfully flown in the past wearing the thong as a facemask. “Every single flight has been met with different reactions from the flight crew,” Jenne said to NBC2. “Some with a wild appreciation, others confrontational.”

United Airlines released a statement to the NYPOST commending the actions of their staff. “The customer clearly wasn’t in compliance with the federal mask mandate and we appreciate that our team addressed the issue on the ground prior to takeoff, avoiding any potential disruptions [in] the air,” the statement said.
