Boca Raton's Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved a Broken Sound Boulevard setback variance July 16 for the 1150 Innovation Center project, clearing the way for the office and light industrial buildings to sit closer to the street and widen the buffer next to a planned 287-unit residential building.
