Cing Dim, 26, Passed Away

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2024) — 26-year-old Cing Dim of Pembroke Pines has passed away following a tragic accident in Boynton Beach.

PBSO and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to the scene at 11211 South Military Trail in Boynton Beach at 12:18 AM on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024.

Cing Dim, a 26 year old individual, was driving southbound in the parking lot of Indian Hills Apartments near 11211 South Military Trail in Boynton Beach. Upon reaching the end of the parking lot, Dim accidentally drove over the curb, leading her vehicle off the road. In an attempt to correct her course, Dim steered her car to the right but unfortunately ended up driving into a nearby lake. As her Hyundai Sonata submerged into the water, Dim called out for assistance.

Emergency responders from Palm Beach Fire Rescue successfully rescued Dim from her vehicle and rushed her to Bethesda West Hospital to address injuries sustained during the accident. The Sonata remained completely submerged at the center of the lake.

Tragically, Dim was later pronounced deceased on March 12th, 2024 at 2;37 p.m. At Delray Medical Center.
