POMPANO BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — Broward Sheriff’s Office tells Boca Post that deputies are on the scene of a shooting that occurred near the 100 block of SE 12th Avenue.
Boca Post has learned that BSO is looking for a Hispanic suspect. There are two adult victims, one who was shot in the leg and one who was shot in the butt.
Witnesses say they saw a white 2-door Honda flee the scene on 12th Avenue after the shooting.
Boca Post has learned that the shooting occurred at 107 SE 12th Ave. in Pompano Beach.

At approximately 3:52 p.m., Broward Regional Communications received a shooting call near the 100 block of Southeast 12th Avenue in Pompano Beach. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and Pompano Beach Fire Rescue responded. On scene, emergency crews located two adult victims (a male and female) suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment. Crime scene and violent crimes detectives were notified and are investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident. The investigation continues.
