PARKLAND, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — Vandals have returned to set off fireworks, targeting a Parkland home several times over the last few months.

Detectives from the Parkland District of the Broward Sheriffs Office are currently on the lookout for a group of individuals who have been engaging in repeated acts of vandalism targeting a home. The recent incident, which was caught on video took a turn.

As per the investigators on Saturday, July 2nd 3 in the morning these individuals threw beer cans into both the backyard and swimming pool of a residence situated in the 10000 block of Majestic Trail in Parkland. Then on Friday, July 8th, at 11;30 p.m. they returned to the location and proceeded to throw multiple eggs into the backyard. Three juveniles were observed fleeing from the scene while driving a golf cart and laughing.

The subjects revisited this residence again on Friday, September 22nd at 10;25 p.m. This time surveillance cameras captured them igniting and throwing a firework towards the back of the house. The video footage clearly shows that this firework exploded near enough to cause damage to the residence. Fortunately there were no reported injuries as there was a family inside at that time.

The detectives from BSO are actively investigating these incidents. Are seeking assistance, from members of the public in identifying these individuals. If you have any information regarding this matter please contact Detective Erick Quigley at BSO Parkland by calling 754 240 6950.
