When we told you that PBSO was going to be writing more tickets than usual it was NOT an early April Fools Joke!

Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office made good on its promise to enforce traffic laws on April 1st, here are the results:

  •  16 Criminal Citations
  •  151 Traffic Citations
  •  81 Traffic Warnings

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — PBSO tells us that the department will be conducting a major speed & aggressive driving enforcement operation on 4/1/22 from 5 PM to Midnight.

As is normal, PBSO won’t tell us the specific focus areas, however, we can expect to see the traffic enforcement efforts on the main arteries across Palm Beach County.

From PBSO:

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a Speed & Aggressive Driving Enforcement Operation on Friday, April 1, 2022.

 

The purpose of this operation is to enforce Florida State Statutes for speeding and aggressive driving and to educate the public on the dangers of excessive speed and aggressive driving.

 

The locations of the enforcement will be in the unincorporated areas of Palm Beach County.

 

The hours of operation will be from 5:00 pm to Midnight.
