Michael Tucker Charged With Possession Of Child P*Rn, Lots Of It

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — Michael Tucker has been arrested and charged with 30 counts of possession of 10+ child P*rn images, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Michael Tucker, 49, has been arrested by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office early on Wednesday morning. Boca Post has been notified that the charges include 30 counts of possession of 10+ articles of child P*rn.

Investigators say that an investigation started on March 29th, 2022, to further investigate CyberTip report number 117382525 from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) concerning images and videos of child P*rn reported by Google.

Cyber Tip #117382525 was reported by Google in reference to a user who had uploaded (1) image alleged to depict the sexual abuse of children. Google reported the approximate incident date/time that child P*rn was uploaded to their infrastructure on the date of October 25th, 2020.

On February 5th, 2022, Google became aware of child P*rn stored in the Google Photo account where the reported user’s name is listed as Michael Tucker.

The PBSO detective was assigned 12 other related Cyber Tips that were also reported by Google in reference to (800+) images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children being uploaded by the abovelisted user. Google reported the approximate incident date/time that child P*rn in these (12) other Cyber Tips uploaded to their infrastructure during the time period of August 2020 through September 2021.

Due to the facts derived from the investigation, investigators found that Michael E Tucker did unlawfully and knowingly possess, and control an image, which Tucker knew to include any sexual conduct by a child and Tucker possessed 10 images of any form of child P*rn and the content of at least one image contained sexual battery involving a child contrary to Florida Statue 827.071(5)(a) and 775.0847.

Michael Tucker was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 1:00 on Wednesday, August 31st, 2022. Michael Tucker remains in the custody of the PBSO jail with a bond set at $300,000.

It is worth noting that Tucker listed a Dayton, Ohio address in his booking information; however, it is possible that he lives in the area but did not update his driver’s license. We will provide those details as soon as they are available.
