BOYNTON BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — Boynton Beach Police Department is advising a major accident has closed the intersection of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Winchester Park Boulevard.

Unfortunately, 1 person is dead as a result of the accident. Two others are reported to have only minor injuries.

BBPD tells Boca Post that eastbound lanes of Boynton Beach Boulevard are closed at the entrance to the BJ’s / Chik-Fil-A shopping center.

Avoid the area.
