Boca Raton Police tell Boca Post that they were attempting to make contact with the parties involved in a domestic disturbance. Police say that they have since made contact and there is no threat to the public.

Police have cleared the area of NE 4th Way and NE 23rd Way.

Boca Post reached out to the department for more information and is waiting for a response.

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — Police issued a quick alert Wednesday telling people to stay away from NE 4th Way and NE 23rd Way because of ongoing activity in the area. The department didn’t share what triggered the response or how long the block will stay closed.

The notice went out with a simple instruction: avoid the area until further. Officers were already on scene and had parts of the roadway restricted.

No other details were immediately released.
