Leopold Lissen Lesly Louis Charged With Dui

HOLLYWOOD, FL (Boca Post) — The Hollywood Police Department arrested a Miami-Dade police officer for DUI after he reportedly crashed his marked patrol car into another vehicle and fled the scene.

According to an arrest affidavit we received from the Hollywood Police Department, the Miami Dade Police Officer told HPD officers he did not know he was involved in an accident. Louis then told officers he would not answer any questions; however, he would complete the field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Officers report that Louis was unable to maintain his balance and observed a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath.

Louis was booked into the Broward County Jail where he was later released. According to court records, Louis is  being charged with the following:

• 316.1985: IMPROPER BACKING ( Bond: 0.00 )
