FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — 6 people were rescued and are only reporting minor injuries after a boat crash in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday night.

The accident occurred at 7 PM on Saturday, February 26th, 2022 when a recreational vessel crashed into another boat. The vessel was said to have lost control after going through the prop wash of a nearby tug boat.

Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue, Hollywood Fire Rescue, Broward Sheriffs Office Fire Rescue, and United States Coast Guard worked together to rescue 6 people from the accident. Only minor injuries were reported.
