VIOLENT STALKER - 5th Arrest For Kings Point Resident, Real Estate Agent - Jason Levins

Jason Levins, Real Estate Agent And Kings Point Resident With 6 Arrests Since May 2022

DELRAY BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — 42-year-old Jason Levins of Monaco C in Kings Point, was arrested for battery on a senior, marking his 5th arrest since May of 2022.

On July 16th, 2023, deputies responded to Monaco C in Kings Point in response to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, deputies determined that a 70-year-old woman was thrown to the ground by Jason Levins. Levins was uncooperative with deputies and was arrested and charged with domestic battery on a 65+ as well as witness tampering. We have learned that the owner of the unit is Levins’ mother; however, the victim’s name has not been released.

Unfortunately, this was not the first arrest for Levins, a registered real estate agent. Over the last two years, Levins has been arrested at least 5 times for various domestic battery and stalking charges. Most of the arrests have been around some form of stalking and domestic violence, targeting his ex-wife and ex-girlfriend. Most recently, Levins was arrested for aggravated battery on an elderly woman in Kings Point, most likely a close relative.

While he was in custody for the arrest on 7/16, he was also charged with violation of an injunction, making false 9-1-1 calls, and aggravated stalking. These charges were filed in response to Levins’ ex-wife’s allegations of his continued harassment. According to that arrest affidavit, Levins would call 9-1-1 and report false information about the ex-wife in an effort for law enforcement to harass her. He did this at least 6 times from October 2022 to April 2023.

In May 2022, Levins was arrested and charged with violation of an injunction placed against him by his ex-girlfriend as well. In court records reviewed by Boca Post, the ex-girlfriend says that Levins harassed and cyberstalked her for years before she filed the restraining order out of fear that he would kill her.

The ex-girlfriend said that Levins submitted her phone number to several sex websites, telling strangers that she was a prostitute. Levins reported the ex-girlfriend to local Police departments, saying she was running a prostitution ring. Levins would call 9-1-1 under false pretenses to have Police respond to her home and place of employment. Levins did many other things to the ex-girlfriend, including physical violence. She attributes Levins’ bad behavior to his drug and alcohol addiction, stating he has multiple personalities when under the influence.

In the ex-wife’s protective order, she claims that Levins has harassed her for at least 5 years prior to filing the restraining order. The ex-wife says that Levins has imitated her and contacted people telling them that she is a “whore”. The ex-wife made many similar allegations as the girlfriend, including Levins reporting to law enforcement that she was engaged in illegal activities, such as prostituting her children. The ex-wife says that the Boca Raton Police Department investigated her because Levins told them she was partying with her kids’ friends and committing human trafficking. There are many other allegations made in the restraining order.

Levins was arrested several times for stalking the victims and violating both of the protective orders. Levins’ most recent arrests list the Monaco C address, located in Kings Point, as his place of domicile; however, before that, he lived in Greenacres, Boca Raton, and Pompano Beach.

It is unclear if the Kings Point Condominium Association knew the 42-year-old was living in the 55+ community or whether or not they performed a background check on Levins. Many times, family members unofficially stay with relatives in the 55+ communities, like the murder suspect, staying in Kings Point, as we reported on recently.

Levins is currently in PBSO custody, on a $29,500 bond, facing the following active charges:

  • BATTERY – ON PERSON 65 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
  • OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE – HINDER WITN COMMUN INFO TO LEO/JUDGE MISD PROC
  • 4 counts of CONTEMPT OF COURT – VIOL INJUNCTION STALKING
  • AGGRAV STALKING – FOLLOW HARASS CYBERSTALK AFTER INJUNCTION
  • PUBLIC ORDER CRIMES – USE 911 OR E911 FALSE ALARM OR INFO
