Boca Raton Man Accused Of Disorderly Intoxication, Exposing Himself, And Attacking Officer At O’Brian’s

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — A Boca Raton man is facing multiple charges after police say he caused a disturbance outside O’Brian’s Irish Pub on Saturday night, exposed himself to nearby businesses, and later resisted officers with violence during his arrest, according to an arrest affidavit filed by the Boca Raton Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to 51 SE 1st Ave around 7:19 p.m. on Nov. 8 after witnesses reported a shirtless man yelling at people in front of the busy downtown bar. When the first officer arrived, several patrons pointed toward Bryan Andrew Morejon, 34, who was allegedly shouting at customers outside the entrance.

According to the affidavit, Morejon appeared intoxicated, smelled strongly of alcohol, and made incoherent statements. Bar staff told police he had been inside earlier in the night but was escorted out because he previously failed to pay his bar tabs. When he attempted to re-enter, he was denied.

Witnesses said Morejon then walked into the roadway while yelling, pushed over a nearby trash can, and climbed onto the hood of a parked parking enforcement vehicle, though no damage was reported. A bartender reporting the incident told police Morejon also “flicked everyone off” and disturbed multiple patrons, prompting staff to guard the doorway to keep him out.

As the disturbance escalated, Morejon allegedly “pulled his pants down” and exposed his buttocks toward O’Brian’s and nearby businesses. Officers reviewed CCTV footage, which they said corroborated the witness accounts, though the video could not be immediately downloaded due to a technical issue.

When officers told Morejon he was under arrest for disorderly intoxication, he requested an attorney. The affidavit states he then began slamming his face into the window bars of the patrol car, kicking the rear partition, and throwing his body into the doors. Officers used a restraint device known as the WRAP, during which Morejon allegedly kicked at officers and grabbed onto an officer’s leg and pants before the officer pulled away.

Police charged Morejon with Disorderly Intoxication (FSS 856.011), Resisting an Officer with Violence (FSS 843.01), and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer (FSS 784.07(2)(a)). Court records show the battery charge was assigned a separate case number. Morejon was transported to Boca Raton Regional Hospital due to the use of force during the arrest.

Jail records show he was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 1:21 a.m. on Nov. 9. His bonds include $2,000 for resisting with violence, $2,000 for battery on specified personnel, and $250 for disorderly intoxication.

Morejon is no stranger to the Boca Raton Police Department. Court and police records show Morejon has been arrested multiple times in Boca Raton dating back to 2016, including several cases involving firearms and domestic-related offenses:
