ORIGINAL STORY – 3/24/22

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — FBI has arrested FAU student Shawn Anthony Jackson Outler for enticing underage girls and possession of child **** after an investigation finds that he has been catfishing at least 9 underage girls.

The FBI has arrested another FAU student, this time, on charges related to enticing and exploiting young girls.

According to a criminal complaint filed by the FBI, an FAU student, Shawn Anthony Jackson Outler, is accused of possessing child **** material. Outler is also accused of enticing minors after he established and maintained online relationships with at least 9 different underage girls between the ages of 13 and 17 years old.

Florida Atlantic University Police Department received two separate complaints from two separate minor victims around January 2021 who both reported that they were in an online sexual relationship with Outler. Both underage girls told FAU Police that they have previously sent Outler sexually explicit material to Outler at his direction. One of the girls even reported that Outler directed her to engage in self-harm. In April of 2021, 4 months later, FAUPD contacted the FBI about the complaints.

The FBI spoke to both victims, 17 and 16, who told investigators that they spoke to Outler when he was 20 and 21 respectively. Both girls said similar things about Outler in saying he directed them to provide him with sexually explicit images of themselves. Outler would express anger towards the girls and use knowledge of previous traumas to manipulate and control one of them. Outler even directed one of the girls to cease taking medications used to treat her anxiety and depression and to engage in self-harm.

Investigators spoke to another victim, who was just 15 when the 20-year-old met her online, who confirmed similar reports. The victim also sent Outler sexually explicit material upon demand. At one time, Outler said he traveled to NY where the victim lives, and attempted to meet up with her for sex. The 20-year-old told the 16-year-old victim he wanted to ejaculate in her.

Investigators found and spoke to a total of 9 different victims who all say very similar things about Outler. One of the victims admits that Outler convinced her to videotape herself licking a toilet seat. Outler would then use the video as leverage against her when she wouldn’t do something he asked. One of the victims sent a video of her naked in front of a mirror.

According to a criminal complaint filed by the FBI, Outler is said to use several different online personas and accounts across different social media networks including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and youtube. Some of his aliases include ‘atyourcervix’, ‘disconcerto’, ‘kingtayylor2’, ‘Jordan’, ‘lookhereboy’, and ‘Shawn Anthony’.

Shawn Anthony Jackson Outler is will be arraigned tomorrow, March 25th, 2022. The FBI arrested him on campus at his University Village Apartment on March 3rd, 2022.
