BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — PBSO and Boca Raton Police Department are asking for help in finding a missing man in Boca Raton who last seen near Palmetto and Powerline Road.
The missing and endangered man, Edgar Liboi, was last seen at 11:30 AM near Palmetto Park Road and Powerline Road in unincorporated Boca Raton.
Liboi suffers from Alzheimers Disease and speaks Spanish. Liboi was last seen wearing a baseball hat, blue shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
