PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — A materials supplier has filed a Palm Beach County civil lawsuit tied to a construction project in Palm Beach Gardens, alleging it has not been paid more than $50,000 for electrical and communications materials delivered for the work.

In a complaint filed Feb. 19, 2026, Graybar Electric Company, Inc. sued TMRW Sports, Inc. and Pursell Southern, Inc. in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, under Case No. 502026CA001973XXXAMB. The case is assigned in the court’s civil division, according to the filing. Graybar is represented by the Law Office of Perry D. Monioudis, P.A. The complaint does not list defense counsel for TMRW Sports or Pursell Southern.

The lawsuit centers on a project the complaint identifies as located at 2961 RCA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, described in the filing as “TMRW SPORTS, CONSTRUCTION OF BROADCAST STUDIO AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE, BALL FIELD AT PALM BEACH STATE COLLEGE, GARDEN CAMPUS,” tied to a parcel number listed in the complaint.

Separately, TMRW Sports is the company behind Tomorrow’s Golf League (TGL), a tech-focused indoor team golf league founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s TMRW Sports. Matches are played at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, a custom-built arena on the Palm Beach State College campus, according to background provided with the filing materials.

Graybar alleges it supplied materials that were ordered by Pursell Southern for use on the project and that those materials were used in the improvements. The complaint describes a chain of contracts in which TMRW Sports recorded a notice of commencement for improvements on April 11, 2024, then entered a prime contract with a non-party contractor, Barr and Barr, Inc. Barr and Barr, in turn, entered a subcontract with Pursell Southern to perform electrical services and provide electrical materials, the complaint states.

According to the complaint, Graybar served a notice to owner on TMRW Sports on or about July 24, 2024, and served copies on Barr and Barr and Pursell Southern. Graybar alleges TMRW Sports and Pursell Southern, along with the non-party contractor, failed to pay for the materials.

Graybar claims it recorded a claim of lien in the Palm Beach County public records on Sept. 22, 2025, and that it served a copy of the lien for $50,527.38 on TMRW Sports, Barr and Barr, and Pursell Southern within 15 days of recording, as described in the complaint. The filing alleges the outstanding balance, with accrued interest, constitutes a valid lien on the real property.

In its lien foreclosure count, Graybar asks the court to recognize its lien claim in the amount found due, plus interest, costs, and attorney’s fees, and to enter a personal money judgment against TMRW Sports and Pursell Southern. The complaint also seeks an order directing that the property be sold free and clear of interests of parties in interest, and requests attorney’s fees under Florida Statute 713.29, among other relief.

Beyond lien foreclosure, the complaint includes additional counts aimed primarily at Pursell Southern, including account stated, open account, and goods sold, each seeking damages and related costs. Graybar alleges Pursell Southern completed a credit application in October 2023, that the companies had an ongoing business relationship, and that they agreed to a resulting balance on Aug. 13, 2025. The complaint alleges Pursell Southern owes $50,527.38 due with interest since Aug. 13, 2025.

Graybar also asserts unjust enrichment claims against both TMRW Sports and Pursell Southern, alleging each received and accepted benefits from the delivered equipment under circumstances that make nonpayment inequitable, according to the filing. As with all civil complaints, the allegations have not been proven in court.

The original complaint, Graybar Electric Company, Inc. v. TMRW Sports, Inc., and Pursell Southern, Inc., Case No. 502026CA001973XXXAMB, as filed February 19, 2026, with the Palm Beach County Clerk of Court, can be viewed here.
