Travis Turner, 29, Passed Away

BSO is offering a $5,000 reward for information that may lead to an arrest.

The shooting happened at an event being held at Vypz Lounge in Lauderdale Lakes on July 4th, 2023. Broward County Regional Communications received 9-1-1 calls just after 2 AM regarding a shooting at the Vypz Lounge nightclub in Lauderdale Lakes.

Deputies responded to the nightclub and found 29-year-old Travis Turner suffering from gunshot wounds. Spite the best efforts of BSO deputies who immediately performed lifesaving measures, BSO Fire Rescue responded and declared Turner deceased at the scene.
