Boca Raton And Other Area Beaches Unsafe To Swim

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — Spanish River Park and South Inlet Beaches in Boca Raton are among the list of Palm Beach County Beaches currently deemed unsafe to swim due to poor water quality.

The Florida Department of Health reports elevated bacterial levels in the water. As a precaution, swimming at both locations is prohibited until further notice.

Boca Raton’s beautiful beaches are not the only ones currently reported as having “poor” water quality. The following beaches in Palm Beach County are all under advisory due to the elevated bacteria levels, which is a common occurrence after heavy rains:

  • Boynton Beach
  • Lake Worth Beach
  • Ocean Inlet Park
  • Sandoway Park
  • South Inlet Park
  • Spanish River
  • Dubois Park
