A Florida Purple Alert has been issued for Clifford Moore in Florida, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
A Florida Purple Alert has been issued for Clifford Moore, last seen in the area of the 1000th block of Conoley Lane in Holiday, Florida, who was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black fleece pants with Scooby-Doo on them, and black Crocs. Clifford has tattoos of lightning bolts on both sides of his neck, a tattoo on his left lower arm of the word “Gracie”, a tattoo on his left wrist of the word “Mikia”, and an eagle head tattoo on his right forearm. His right ear is pierced. He may be traveling in a 2005, black Mercury Grand Marquis, FL tag number E8247I. The vehicle has a scratch on the right side and large silver rims with missing lugnuts (actual vehicle pictured).
