FLORIDA (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — A Florida Silver Alert has been issued for an 85-year-old man reported missing from New Port Richey in Pasco County, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The alert is for Tod Kilroy. FDLE lists him as a white male, 85 years old, with gray hair and blue eyes. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 103 pounds.

FDLE said his last known area was New Port Richey, in Pasco County.

Silver Alerts are used in Florida to help locate missing older adults. The information is distributed so the public can help law enforcement identify and report sightings quickly, especially when a person may be at risk.

In this case, FDLE is the state agency issuing the alert and sharing the identifying details. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is the local agency handling tips and response.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office at 727-847-5878 or call 911.

Residents who live, work, or travel through Pasco County should watch for someone matching the description and report information directly to law enforcement. The key details from FDLE are the name, age, physical description, and last known area in New Port Richey.

The FDLE flyer remains available online as the official public bulletin for the alert.
