Christopher Farrell Passes Away After Loxahatchee Crash

LOXAHATCHEE, FL (Boca Post) — The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office tells Boca Post that they are investigating an accident involving a fatality after a motorcycle crashed into a vehicle performing a U-TURN on Key Lime Boulevard in Loxahatchee on Saturday afternoon.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells Boca Post that at approximately 5:13 PM on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022, deputies responded to the area of the 14000 block of Key Lime Boulevard in Loxahatchee in reference to an auto accident.

Responding PBSO district deputies and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue found a VW Jetta and a Kawasaki motorcycle were involved in a collision.

PBSO Traffic Homicide Unit detectives were notified and began an investigation into the incident. Detectives tell us that the Jetta, driven by Elizabeth Goyette of Greenacres, was traveling eastbound on Key Lime Boulevard west of 140th Avenue N. At the same time, the motorcycle, driven by Christopher Farrell, was traveling westbound on Key Lime Boulevard toward Goyette.

Goyette began turning left into a driveway near the 14000 block of Key Lime Boulevard in an attempt to complete a U-turn to travel westbound. While Goyette was completing the U-Turn, the Farrell drove into the rear passenger door of the Jetta.

Sadly, Farrell did not survive the accident. Sources close to the incident tell Boca Post that while Trauma Hawk was en route, PBCFR declared Farrell deceased at the scene and canceled the flight.
