Join us at Broward Sheriffs Office Operation Medicine Cabinet and Shred A Thon event in Lauderdale Lakes this Saturday to safely dispose of your expired medications and sensitive documents! The free event will be held from 10 a.m to 1 p.m, at Lauderdale Lakes District Office on 4300 N.W 36th Street. Please note that individuals who bring in prescription medications will be given a $5 gift card long as supplies last at the event location mentioned above in the message provided by the Broward Sheriffs Office (BSO). However needles and other sharp items will not be accepted during this event for safety reasons. Additionally participants can also drop off documents to be shredded at the location with a maximum limit of two boxes per vehicle allowed for this service. Each box should not exceed the dimensions of 16 inches in length and 12 inches, in width and height.
