The officers issued citations to the owner, requiring them to appear in court for these violations.

Dead Pork

Officer Bovee was conducting inspections of marine resources on the pier in Deerfield Beach when he noticed an individual holding a deceased porkfish. Officers Favrot, Beppel, Rigali and Lieutenant Ryan conducted checks on limited entry/quota permits in the STA 2 and STA 3/4 Waterfowl Small Game Public Hunting Areas. The officers issued citations to all seven individuals and escorted them off the properties.
